Reports
During the course of their studies at Hedingham School and Sixth Form, students will receive a variety of interim reports which update you on your child's progress. These reports follow a similar format throughout their 7 years at Hedingham, being adjusted slightly at the end of each respective Key Stage (Key Stage 3 - Year 7 to Year 9, Key Stage 4 - Year 10 & Year 11, Key Stage 5 - Year 12 & Year 13).
All reports are distributed electronically via emails to those identified as Primary Guardians on Arbor, they are also made available inside the Arbor Parent Portal. If you are not registered as a Primary Guardian on Arbor (but are a Legal Guardian) and would like a copy of a report, please contact the school and they will be able to send you the most recent report for your child. Please note - only Primary Guardians will received scheduled report updates.
In Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, alongside a students minimum expected grade in each subject and their predicted grade, you will also find attitudinal data about a students classwork, behaviour and homework. Each of these attitudinal grades are marked against "Outstanding", "Above Expected", "Expected", "Below Expected" and "Concerns". The report keys section below explains what these values mean in relation to a students attitude towards their learning.

Reports are sent out at the below times/frequency during the course of the year. Please use the report dates as a guide, whilst we aim to get reports out at these times, quality assurance of reports is essential so there may occasionally be some small delays whilst they are checked.
