Equipment

At Hedingham School one of our key character expectations is "Ready". Part of this is bringing the correct equipment to school on a day to day basis so students are 'ready' to learn.

We have a set of 'mandatory' equipment which students must bring with them to their school day as this is required to carry out basic school work. We also have a set of 'recommended' equipment which, whilst not mandatory, can help to further facilitate learning within the classroom and saves time having to lend/borrow equipment during lessons.

Mandatory

• Two Pens (preferably black ink) 
• A Green Pen 
• Three Pencils (2H/ 2B/ 3B) 
• Ruler (30cm) 
• Scientific Calculator 

Recommended

• Compass
• Protractor
• Rubber Barrel Sharpener
• Highlighters
• Glue stick
• Colouring Pencils
• A Pencil Case

Please note: If purchasing a pencil case for Year 10/11/12/13 students, we recommend purchasing a clear pencil case as this can then also be used during their examination periods.
