Year 11 Careers Mentoring

During Year 11 students will have a 1 to 1 careers interview with a Level 6 trained Careers Adviser. The students will explore their aspirations and desired career path as well as receiving information related to their chosen intended destination. At the end of the meeting the students are given an agreed ‘action plan’ for them to take away and complete. A second mentoring meeting is scheduled for later in the year to review progress and provide support where necessary.
