Year 13 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 24 October 2024

Year 13 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 24 October 2024

Dear Parent/Guardian
Within the next few weeks, you will receive an email containing your child’s most recent progress report outlining their
current academic progress and recent attitudinal data (Classwork, Organisation and Independent Study). In addition to
this, we will be running our remote Year 13 Parents’ Evening on Thursday 24 October between 16:00 and 19:00. To book
appointments, please use our Parents’ Evening booking system (details shown below). Each booked appointment will
last 7 minutes with a 1-minute gap between below. On the evening, simply log back onto the booking system to conduct
your meetings via video call.

Parents’ Evenings are a great opportunity to have a dialogue about student progress and to ascertain the best course of
action for your child as they move forwards towards their final examination in the Summer of next year. Students will
shortly be sitting a series of mock examinations (5 December 2024), and Parent Evenings will provide you with an
opportunity to ask about revision tools and resources that students may wish to utilise as they prepare for these
assessments and for subject teachers to give some top tips and hints about how you can best support your child during
this time.

Booking Appointments:
The booking system will go ‘live’ from 08:00 on Monday 14 October 2024.

We look forward to speaking to you soon.
Yours sincerely
