We are looking to appoint caring considerate, enthusiastic, well-motivated Teaching Assistants to join our talented team.  Good Maths and English GCSE results desired. Previous TA experience preferred but training will be given if necessary. A professional approach is essential.

May be of interest to someone considering a career in teaching or with strong IT, maths or science skills.

The role will involve working with a range of students in Key Stages 3, 4 and 5 in the classroom, small groups and 1:1 in a variety of subject areas.  One of these posts will be the named support for a specific student.

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and well-qualified graduate to teach Humanities across the age and ability range.  This post would ideally suit an NQT or a teacher early in their career and we pride ourselves on our supportive induction programme for new teachers.

Humanities is a very popular subject within the curriculum, with over 60% of students opting to take GCSE History and 60% opting to take Geography.

The successful candidate will be joining a strong and supportive team within the Humanities Learning Area.  The Humanities Learning Area will provide a well-resourced and stimulating working environment where an emphasis is placed on raising student achievement and the continuing professional development of all staff.

Hedingham is a popular and successful school maintaining a Good Ofsted judgement.  Student progress and attainment is strong with 70% of students gaining both English and Mathematics at GCSE and a Progress 8 score of 0.32.  We are committed to maintaining an ethos of high expectations and supporting staff and students to achieve their potential.
