Hedingham School GCSE Results 2014

Hedingham School is delighted with another good year for examination results. 61% of students achieved 5+ A*-C grades including Maths and English. This level of consistency is also reflected in 99% of students attaining 5+ A*-G passes.
There were excellent results in a number of subjects and some outstanding individual performances by the students. Hester James gained 5 A*’s and 5 A grades, Honor Rendall received 5 A*’s and 5 A’s and Jonathan Banks-Seeney achieved 4 A*’s and 6 A’s. Other notable performances include: Daniel Mackinnon with 3 A*’s and 7 A’s; Natasha Harper and Peter Olley both achieved 2 A*’s and 6 A’s. Grace Boyle, Lauren Osborn, Rheyn Scholtz and Phoebe Morrison also achieved an excellent set of results.
John Panayi, Headteacher, said ‘I am very pleased with the GCSE results achieved by our students and wish to congratulate them for their commitment and hard work to attain their good examination outcomes.
Within a changing examination landscape it is very good to note that Hedingham School has maintained high expectations for our students which has once again been reflected in their results. This consolidates our standing as a good school.
